SUDAN

The church is a suffering church and continues to be the fastest growing field of all the Arabic world. It needs our support and prayers. At times there has been incidents of actual crucifixion of Christians in Susan. Despite this the decisions to follow Christ are made daily at the rate of 25000 decisions per year. 

• Pray that this tremendous force will be discipled adequately and be used mightily by the Lord. 
• Pray for the many national and Egyptian missionaries who are continuing with their aggressive evangelism in the south. 
• Pray for the government to ease it's persecution to the Christian minority. The Presbyterians lead the growth in Sudan with 286 churches and over 100,000 members. 
• Pray for the Arabic church in the North which is minute. The majority of Christians are from the South.
